This trip is offered February through April when the spring run peaks. Lake Buchanan’s big water and roaming schools create consistent opportunities for aggressive white bass and a full day of non-stop casting.

We run this trip March through November when LBJ stays lively and warm. It’s an easygoing lake with plenty of good water to fish and a full season of steady bass and sunfish opportunities.

From First Cast To Seasoned Angler
Meet Heath
Heath grew up in the Hill Country and has been an avid fisherman all of his life. He spent his younger years fishing the Llano River as well as Lake LBJ and Lake Buchanan with his father. He found a keen interest in fly fishing and loves to teach people how enjoyable a day on the water can be. From monster trout in Alaska to bonefish in Belize, Heath continues to travel and fine tune his craft to provide his clients with the best knowledge and experience.
